Marco's accident during 70.3 race

Our dear fellow cyclist, Marco Antonio Del Castillo, (who is also my cousin) got hit by a car that got onto the race course during Ironman 70.3 Miami on Sunday October 23, 2016.
He is in intensive care with 5 broken ribs, broken vertebrae (L5), punctured lung and stitches across his brow.
It is uncertain how long he will remain in intensive care, or under careful medical watch thereafter including physical therapy. This will be a challenging time for this father of two, dedicated athlete, loving husband, and incredible friend. They could use our support, in any way at this time. #trifamily
