Malakai needs Surgery

Our little miracle Malakai needs your help ... we thought he was done with surgeries for his craniosynostosis, but it turns out that he needs one more surgery. We will be traveling to Dallas, Texas for this surgery. We decided to head to Texas because there is a great surgeon who has seen complex and rare cases like Malakai's. He is an amazing surgeon and his results are amazing, and the most important thing is that he has seen other cases exactly like Malakai's. Malakai was born with a rare form of craniosynostosis called Mercedes Benz Syndrome, which means the premature fusion of sagittal and both lamboid sutures of the skull. So in order for his brain to have room to grow he needs surgery to expand his skull. Not having this surgery can lead to intracranial pressure and other problems that will affect his future. He has had three surgeries already and this will be fourth and final surgery. But the total out of pocket cost for this surgery will be $45,000 (this is with discounts) and we do not have that kind of money just lying around.

So we started a gofundme account for him to raise the money. We need to raise the money preferably before the end of February so that we are able to schedule his surgery, because without money upfront they will not schedule. Our first goal is to raise $13,000 so that we can schedule his surgery, we can pay the rest after his surgery.
