Make the Van Run Again!

Our main mode of transportation, our 2011 Toyota Sienna, broke down - the transmission went out completely. We have been struggling for a while trying to get back to work, and a heart attack was only the most recent setback. Therefore, with our main vehicle down, it makes it very difficult for us to get where we need to go, especially when carrying a walker, wheelchair, and knee scooter. 

We need to fix the transmission, and we just don't have that kind of money right now. Your help would be a tremendous blessing!
