My brother's medical bills

Donation protected
My brother has been fiercely battling depression and anxiety for a few years. Life kept throwing him punches, and he kept hitting them back. Last July, he had finally received one punch too many, and attempted suicide.  He took a loaded .38 with a hollow point bullet and shot himself in the head. He died. He was revived. He died again. He was revived again.
And not only did he "come back," but he came back with a renewed sense to make his life even better. He wants to turn his life around- take IT by the horns this time - and show depression and anxiety who truly needs to be in control. :)
However, along with this newfound resolve and drive, comes new physical and mental challenges.  He has had more than 5 surgeries, with more scheduled, to repair and reconstruct his face and mouth.
He is absolute living proof of a miracle.
A miracle.
Miraculously, there was no brain damage. The bullet lodged itself in his sinuses, a mere couple of hairs' distance from doing irrepairable damage. His eye socket was shattered, his tongue was severed, his palate had a half dollar sized hole.
He is recovering quite quickly; faster than any doctors had predicted. He has certainly earned his nickname from me - Wolverine. ;)
He unfortunately turned to this sad "solution" to his problem due to marital and monetary stressors. Well, (as he knew would come as soon as he regained consciousness in the hospital) the monetary stress is back. This time to the tune of $$$$$$ in hospital bills. And that doesn't even include his most recent (and quite big) surgery to repair his palate.
If you know my brother, or even if you don't, I politely ask for your help. He is (as he and I have always said to each other since we were little kids to mean we were "SERIOUS" ..lol) "Bible"  the most giving, humble, kind, affable, funny guy ever.
Like, ever.
This guy is SO well loved in a community that reaches far and wide. Not one person has ever had a bad word to say about him. It shows you that depression can wrap her ugly, cold hands around anyone, and s/he can be powerless to stop it.
Please help assuage my brother's medical costs, if you can. My family is stretched to its limits as well.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you.
