Help For Traci & the Johnson Family

On December 22, my mom and I were in a pretty terrible car accident. We were driving on wet, sloppy roads when one of her wheels went off of the road. Because the ground was so muddy, this pulled our whole vehicle off the road. We started sliding, and ended up sliding through two yards, a driveway, missing a power pole, almost crashing into a house. We hit a tree and my mom's driver-side door took the impact. She was trapped inside the car and it took over an hour to cut her out, but by some miracle neither her legs nor her back were injured. She took a very hard hit to her face, breaking/shattering almost every bone, but thankfully not causing ANY kind of brain bleeding or damage. We had some scans at Redmond in Rome, GA but were soon transported to Atlanta Medical Center so that a specialist and plastic surgeon could perform her much needed surgery. The morning of December 24, she went in for surgery around 11:30 AM. She didn't get out until almost 8 PM, and was in PACU until midnight, when we were finally able to see her again. She is in a lot of pain, but she is going to be alright and will be coming home a few days from now, hopefully. We are so very thankful for that, but she will be out of work for quite a long time, a couple months at the least, and we could use all the help we can get. We have so many amazing friends and family members willing to help us, and we love every single one of you! Thank you so much for helping and for praying.
