Save a life! Suicide Prevention

In 2003 my family lost my older brother to suicide. In 2014 my older cousin took his life. In the picture above you see the two older brothers with their little brothers whom they look up to. Suicide has hit our family hard and has not let up at all. In 2005 my mother decided to stand up and do something about this devastating epidemic and try to make a difference and help build suicide prevention. Over the years my mom, and countless others, devoted their lives to help save lost souls to this misunderstood disease. My mom has donated hours, money, strength and many tears to save anyone who has thought, attempted or someone who has lost loved ones.  Now that isn’t going to happen. My mom helped build a non-profit organization called SPAN IDAHO (Suicide Prevention Action Network Idaho) and they solely run off of donations and they are running  out of money because no one donates or helps them stay afloat. I beg and plead help donate to this good cause. They are smart with their money, but it is difficult to run something so important if there is no money coming in.

The money that is donated will go straight back to the community for suicide awareness. They are credited for setting up Idaho’s first suicide hot line, bringing trainings to schools and communities and saving lives! This money will go to conference, trainings, and any crisis situation.  Please help make a difference. Donating money might just find a child, sibling, parent and our friends that feel there is no hope in life like my brother and cousin did. This is your chance to help build something that will save you and your loved ones from future devastation and heart ache.
