Luis Sanchez Donation

Dear Friends & Family,  I created this fundraiser with a very heavy heart Our family suffered the tragic loss of our beloved Luis Sanchez on Wednesday, February 27th 2019. He was a talented artist, a devoted husband, and a loving father-- a son, brother, nephew and faithful member of our family. In shock, disbelief, and with broken hearts, we are trying to come to terms with the loss of our precious Luis whose life was taken from us. Luis at 30 years of age enjoyed a beautiful life, a life full of many great things that the future held for him and others, a life who was beginning to flourish.  In April 2016, Luis Sanchez won Gallery on Main's April "Artist of the Month" award for his tremendous talent as an artist. Luis’s work was a reflection of personal situations experienced, or the observation of others’ experiences. He grew up in Queens, New York, where his inspirations came from the streets, with the city’s raw grittiness and graffiti art. When he moved to Princeton, it was a night-and-day change. His style in artistry evolved as he incorporated his life experiences.  This gofundme is to help my family with the funeral expenses. Most of our family lives in Florida where Luis will be taken.
