Connie Adams Memorial Scholarship

“It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.”  --Albert Einstein

Connie Adams embodied this ability throughout her teaching career.   In her 66 years, Connie demonstrated the talent, drive, and passion for teaching children that went far beyond her short years in the classroom.  She was extremely dedicated to her profession believing that every child had immense potential and she was willing to take the time to nurture it.  Connie was very creative in teaching life’s lessons and jumped at any chance to embrace those “teachable moments.”  Her true calling was imparting knowledge to children and enriching their lives beyond what they will ever understand.

As we celebrate her life and her immeasurable contributions to our lives, I encourage you to donate to the Connie Adams Memorial Scholarship Fund.  This fund was established to create a one-time scholarship to be awarded to a University of Arizona student pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education as Connie did.  My hope is that while remembering Connie and her constant selfless dedication to someone else's success we will also assist another in pursuing their dreams of building confidence, opening doors, and shaping the future of young minds.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
