Louis Ocasio Medical Fund

I am sharing this story in an effort to help the Ocasio family. Their uncle Louis Ocasio was found on November 5 at 3:30 in the morning near Humboldt park on the 2000 block of N Humboldt Blvd. His identification was missing so he lay alone in the hospital in critical condition for a week. Thanks to Channel 7 news asking for help from the public and over 16,000 shares on Facebook, Louis' family became aware of his situation and rushed to his bedside. Louis' prognosis is not good. We are asking friends and family, if at all possible, for small donations to help with medical expenses and any future arrangements that may need to be made. The family is also seeking answers as to what happened to their uncle as different stories are being told. If you have any information or may have seen or may know anything suspicious on the night of November 4th/early morning of the 5th near the 2000 block of N.
