Bring Ozzy Home

Donation protected

Unfortunately we had to stop accepting donations.  Someone was using the fact that we were asking for money as a reason to publicize on Craigslist that this was a scam and that Ozzy was not a real service dog.

I cannot express how upset this makes me.  As the daughter of a veteran, a person with PTSD, and someone who has worked for decades with people with disabilities... and a dog mom... I want nothing more than this family that has served our country and needs our help to get their boy home, get Ozzy the help he needs, and make his mom's world better.

Please continue to follow Ozzy's story on the Facebook page.  We are SO close to bringing him home.  Thank you to all who have donated.  I will get the funds to the family immediately.

WHY WE NEED HELP:

Ozzy is a disabled veteran's missing service dog from northern Delaware. We were hoping that Ozzy would be found within a few days but he is scared and now it is costing thousands of dollars in printing signs and flyers, trail cams, tracking dogs, gasoline, and other search-related costs.   Any amount will help!  ALL donations go directly to the family to cover the costs of the search.

We are asking for money the familly has already spent but we know the story has captured people's hearts.  If we exceed our goal and the amount donated is more than actual expenses, the money will be donated to a local no-kill animal shelter.

THE STORY:

VETERAN'S MISSING SERVICE DOG!

I am raising money for Lori Bilyou and Team Ozzy.

Ozzy had a seizure on October 18, 2017. It scared him so much he took off running and was off duty so without his vest. His mom is a disabled veteran and Ozzy has been helping take care of her for years. Now Ozzy needs her to help take care of him, but she can’t, because she can’t find him. Can you please help us?

If you happen to live in the northern Delaware and surrounding Maryland or Pennsylvania areas, please stay aware of your surroundings in case Ozzy is nearby!  DO NOT CALL OR CHASE HIM!!  JUST CALL.
