loses due to a fire followed by theft

Im raising this fund on behalf of my uncle Farzeen Mahnavian. A fire was set through the garage of building 1/3 child’s street Lidcombe due to the building manager running a workshop in his garage with unsafe fire hazard products e.g. charging batteries, electric saws and other fire hazardous products. Following the fire , residents were evacuated and the security company (Ultimate Security) was in charge of securing the building but the security guards have been recorded sleeping and hanging in their cars most of the time, many units that had the fire department breaking their doors have been robbed. As the locksmiths organised to install the new doors and new locks have then left the keys on the doors and some of the doors were just left open and the thefts had easy access to enter the units and rob whatever they could. All the owners have reported this to the police and they all have reference numbers but my uncles unit never been inspected by Auburn  police even when he contacted them directly many times they refused to go to the unit to take finger prints or any evidence of the theft. My uncle has not come back to the property since Sunday 6th October as the building has been evacuated and no one is allowed to go back yet. My uncle still doesn’t know if there is more items stolen from his place as he is still waiting for the police to undertake  finger prints and for the building to be safe to come back to which can take up to another 2 weeks .
