Loren Coleman  PORTLAND, ME
Need a bit more for the final push. Like many older cryptozoology & Fortean authors/television personalities, embarrassed finances is not uncommon. Love and support has been there during my recent operations. Realistically, unpaid medical and dental bills have caused definite problems, lawyer-court involvements in the recent past, mortgage/foreclosure challenges, and troubles in a vacuum without donations to find a way back to fiscal stability and out of this health-caused crisis. Please assist with large and small donations to bring a less stressful time to bear, to help pay off these old medical bills, so I can write and share widely again. Thanks to my fans, foes, and family. You all are great, sincerely. ~ Loren Coleman

Appreciate the assistance, and just a little bit more, if you have any extra from Mardi Gras!

Join others, and give a bit more to make the goal.
Rhys Darby: "You're a legend in these parts... and all those other parts."
Peter Darben: "Loren - you were one of my gateways into 'respectable' weirdness, and one of my first contacts on this new fangled internet thing. Be well."

Can you add a bit more? Thank you for the $25 donations, as well as the $100-plus ones. These are hard times and they are getting harder. It's important to help each other through them. Almost at goal.

My deep appreciation to Stephen Bissette who has propelled this campaign to new levels. He is sending out his original art in exchange for a donation to the Loren Coleman's health care fundraiser! While the donations go here, his details (info on art delivery costs) are at https://www.facebook.com/stephen.bissette.7/posts/10155698655213289

Medicare stinks. I have a Medicare replacement policy through United Healthcare. They take my Medicare premium and for the same $105 a month, I have great coverage. Primary care visits have a $0 copay, and specialists are only $30. I love it. I wish I could help financially, but I'm living on social security too. A broken neck and no health insurance wiped me out (Obamacare saved my butt!). My first Sasquatch book, non-fiction, is selling great. I just published my second, a novel. It tells the same story but from the Sasquatch's perspective. He tries his best to figure us out, but like us and Sasquatch, misinterprets everything. I'm deep into my 3rd, a squel. If they sell like the first, I'll be in better shape to help.
