Hi. On Superbowl Sunday my well pump decided that it was time for it to cease to operate. Since then I have been without running water. Estimated cost to replace is around $2000. That is if everything goes smoothly.
I have a small hobby farm with three horses, three goats and seven ducks. I also have five dogs, all rescues, who need water. I have resorted to melting snow to provide water for all of them. While I have plenty of fresh snow in my yard thanks to three major storms in a week this method is not a long term solution. Nor is it really a short-term solution.
I lost my job of ten years just over two years ago and what savings I had are long gone. I now work two jobs and while I do get by I certainly have not been able to get back to the financial security I once had.
Without your help I have no idea how or when I will ever have the money to replace the pump. Any donation will be greatly appreciated. Rest assured it will go towards the pump. Any extra will be used to install a new hot water tank.
