As most of you know I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. We have found out that the cancer has spread to my liver and bones very quickly and I will be starting treatment on Wednesday 22nd of May which includes a new trial that will run alongside the chemo.
This has come as a complete shock to our little family and I am just beyond heartbroken at the prospect of not seeing my little girl grow up.
Average life expectancy for this type is 1-2 years but it is spreading quickly and until treatment starts we don't know how my body will respond. This is gonna be a very tough time and we are prepared for the fight and just wanted to say a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my wonderful friends who have shown me such love at this intensely difficult time.
I will be fighting this from every available angle and will continue trying to prolong my life as much as possible.
We would like to get married as soon as is possible .... treatment permitting ...and go away with our little girl and be beside the ocean in the sunshine and have precious time together. Finances are going to be tight as we switch to one income and I know from the many messages I have received how many of you want to help contribute and make this all happen. I also need to know that my beloved Charlie & Isobel will not struggle when then time eventually comes.
