Stories are meant to be told. However trivial or compelling you might think it is; it's meant to be heard.
We all have a story, whether it's the story of our life or the story brewing in your mind bursting in fiction, waiting to be read.
I've had this story in my mind, since February 2008 and each year it became larger, stronger and more alive.
Of course, Life gets in the way and sometimes you're filled with doubt and discouragement.
That was not the case this year, while it's late in the year of 2016, I have finally found the right mindset and desire to finally tell the story of the character I created, to dream him and his world wide awake.
How I've come to this determination and encouragement, for me is that I finally asked for help with my Mental health issues, and I actually received help. While, it's not always easy - This novel has given me a purpose, that I've been searching for, for many years.
Thanks to Remedy Entertainment's "Alan Wake", when I first played the game; it ignited the creativity I needed and longed for, while I suffered from Artist and writer's block for years. The game tore the walls down and gave me the spark I knew I had in me. Since 2013, I've been free, able to draw and write freely with only small bursts of blocks every now and then, but never to the extent I once suffered.
So, here I am. Finally writing and telling the story I've wanted to tell. Not only that but to help my family; to have my daughter proud of her mummy, as a writer/Author.
To be able to support her and give her the life she deserves.
I'm not just here, being lazy and battling with Anxiety and Depression, I'm far more than just that.
The funds -

will be for developmental editing, content editing, copyediting and proofreading, formatting, Conversion, and distribution.
To gain any form of support, appreciation and encouragement will not go unnoticed. Knowing that there are people even remotely interested and want to share this is far more than enough. Small things such as, are what keep me in high spirits, and keeps the confidence growing each time I know and see that there are in fact, people who care and are curious to know and be involved in.
Not only will it inspire, and push me even more to complete the novel, but it will be truly outstanding to know and see just how many people care and hope for my dream, to become a reality and to have you all join me, on such a journey.

In a not-too-distant future, drowning in technology and ruled by an unspoken source.
Within the forbidden walls of discipline and deceit. Young Nickolai is tormented, outcast and misunderstood for being the only Elf they'd seen.
Lost, unloved and forgotten, Nickolai is trained excessively and brainwashed into being the
soldier they want him to be, to do as they command; for a cause unknown.
Beaten and broken to land the killing blow. He is trained, educated, and forced to obey.
However, when things start to unravel within the foundation of his youth.
Nickolai sets out to find out who he truly is, and what's missing in his life.
With possible freedom, the hunter becomes the hunted, searching, and running while he attempts to see if a life outside these walls truly exists, or is it all torment and torture and no way out - constantly under orders and never truthfully free.
Could the world be as deranged, demolished and cruel as the world he grew up in? Or could there be so much more, beyond his limited imagination.
