Lifesaving Surgery for Little Ann
Little Ann (Annie) is the sweetest little Beagle in the world. She had been missing for a couple of days, but had made it home as of this morning (October 8). She had been hit by a car, and crawled back home (due to a sighting of her) at least two miles away over the course of a few days with.
She saw the vet today. Her pelvic bone is broken in three places, and her hip is out of the socket. The hip cannot be reset due to the broken pelvis. The surgery estimate is $3,000. She is currently on pain meds, fluids, etc. She will also be spayed and rehomed. She may need her leg amputated. She’s the sweetest little lady you’ll ever have the pleasure to meet
She belonged to an Amish family, but has begun coming over to the barn and staying, so we feed her, worm her, and keep her healthy and happy. All of the money raised by this campaign will be used to cover her medical costs.
