Lexie and Emma's Living Fund

It is not very often that someone comes into your life and truly changes you in a positive way. However I can definitely say this is true about my best friend in the world, Lexie Libby. It has been about 8 years now since we met and I can honestly say that I have become a better person knowing her. It was a long time into our friendship before I found out about her health issues. For those of you don’t know, Lexie was diagnosed with kidney failure at 4 years old. I have watched her through good days and bad days and never once did she let it show or complain. There have been more struggles than I think anyone should ever have to deal with.

 When Emma, Lexies sister, announced that she was going through the testing to see if she could donate her kidney. I was stunned but not surprised at all. I’ve always known her as a completely selfless person and now she has become a literal life saver. On January 30, 2019 Emma will be donating a kidney and saving the life of the person who means the most to me in this world.  

Through these years, I have always wished I could do more. Now the time has finally come that I can do something. Both Lexie and Emma will be unable to work for a while after this surgery and I want to do everything I can to reduce the stress on this amazing family. It feels like such a small thing but I’m hoping we can get everyone together and help them out!

Lets join together and help these two amazingly awesome sisters out! No one in this world deserves it more in my opinion
