My name is Levi Nadlersmith, I grew up skiing the trails of the Turtle Mountains in Southwest Manitoba. I have been accepted to be part of the National Development Centre in Thunder Bay Ontario. The team consists of 14 High level athletes from various regions in Canada that train year round under the guidance of NDC coaches with the goal of progressing up to the Canadian National Team. The cost of this program is $12,000 plus equipment, this goes towards travel, coaching, racing and training opportunities.
Working hard and staying focused has helped me to reach my goals thus far, this past season, I had the opportunity to represent Canada at the Winter Youth Olympics in Norway. My plan is to work towards making the Canadian National team, competing in the World Junior Championships and eventually representing Canada in the Winter Olympics.
Any support given is greatly appreciated and will help alleviate the costs required to train and compete at a higher level. Thank you so much for your consideration.
