Lets Heal Julian

Julian is a happy and active 15 year old kid. He loves the outdoors, animals, sports and not to mention, his entire family.  For the last six years, he has been involved in his community serving food in local gatherings through his local 4-H chapter and raising hogs to compete in the Salinas Valley and San Benito Fairs.

Recently, however, Julian suffered a very serious accident that caused severe injuries to his back and lower extremities. As he was spending time being outdoors riding a quad bike, he lost control and crashed. He fractured his back, punctured a lung, and damaged a nerve close to his spinal cord. Because of this, Julian has lost movement from his waist down. He had to be airlifted to the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford where he was admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit – 125 miles away from home.

Julian just had emergency surgery and is currently awaiting more treatment in the ICU.  Doctors treating him have more procedures to do, and are projecting a long term rehabilitation process.

Let’s help Julian together by chipping in whatever amount we can. Our goal is to raise $50,000 that would go exclusively towards his healthcare expenses and transportation costs so that he is able to have the support of his family in the recovery process as they make the 120 mile trip frequently.
