Let's help Michelle & Dave Peters 
Dave & Michelle Peters are the parents of 3 beautiful children. Lachie 15, Chloe 12 & Blake 9. Michelle & Dave’s love story started back when Michelle was 17 & Dave 20- they have built a family & life together. Many people in the Campbelltown area know Michelle & Dave- Dave being an absolute character & always ready to throw out the jokes- he is the youngest of 7 boys- an old boy at St Gregs & Michelle who has gone to school, worked & lived in the Campbelltown area her whole life- many people see her smiling face working in one of the area’s biggest medical centres.
In January 2019 their world was shattered when with very little warning or symptoms Dave was diagnosed with an incurable cancer. His cancer is very aggressive & has spread through his body. They have been unable to identify the primary cancer but it has now taken over his body.
The last few weeks have been very hard for the Peters family – as Dave went to hospital 3 weeks ago & hasn’t been able to come home. This week while they should have been preparing for their family Easter trip away they were dealt with the blow that he may only have weeks left & their holiday isn’t possible. Dave will be moved to palliative care next week.
After Dave was diagnosed back in January he has been unable to work. Michelle has worked where she can between appointments & hospital but since his hospital admission not at all. This beautiful family don’t have much time left & the financial strain is something we as a community can help to relieve.
Michelle, Dave & kids have many links within the community St Johns Primary, St Johns Netball, John Therry, Campbelltown Community preschool, St Marys Eaglevale Soccer, Campbelltown RSL are just some of the places they are known.
This go fund me page was an idea a few parents from the kids schools had thrown around & put forward to Michelle- whilst Michelle & Dave are very humble & find it very hard to accept things- she has given us the ok to go ahead- Any little amount to help this family no matter how big or small will help them. No family with young kids should have to go through this. Thank you for any small amount of support you are able to give.
