Let go after surgery

My name is Drew. I am a 32 year old man with asperger syndrome.  As a child independent film was the one thing that brought me joy and so i dedicated every ounce of my free time to indie cinema in every way that i could through my website b-isforbest.net. i became The B movie avenger, the director's critic, the voice for the little guy, the final redemer in the brutal world of film review..but those who have followed my story so far know things have been far from perfect. Within the last few years ive faced homelessness, severe illness, the ending of a family, the loss of everything and the slow crawl back to stability. For the last year things havent been perfect but ive managed to keep enough money flowing to keep a roof over my head while i waited for that magical day, tax return day, when i could finally get out of the disgusting storage unit i call a motel room/ home, to some kind of stability and steady food. I was working for angiodynamics, a medical supply company in my area and while they were taking more than half my check due to child support and taxes, though i fell out at work from a serious septic infection in my mouth that nearly killed me and i had to go right back just to not miss a day and not be able to pay my weekly rent it was all about to pay off.
The time finally came for me to get my surgery. I had requested the day off 2 weeks in advance to make sure it was ok with my job. I was excited. I had been in nonstop excruciating pain and suffering feighting spells and seizures for over a year due to my aspies based fear of the dentist.

I finally had the courage to go, to face the fear and get better. No sooner had i come out of surgery than my phone rang. It was the staffing agency who hired me for angiodynamics. They were letting me go for "performance issues". They refused to comment further

Just like that everything fell apart again. I managed to keep the roof over our heads through savings, and the kindness of others desperately waiting out the days to the pay off. The reward for all the suffering...and then another enormous blow came...
The federal local goverment passed bills that tax returns can and will be confiscated and used to pay past debts. In less than a second thousands of dollars i worked hard for all year was gone and i was left without a plan and very little time to figure things out. 

My rent is due in 4 days (march 1st )and my funds are completely depleted. My fiance and i have no food and are miles away from food pantries and because i have all but 6 of my teeth removed and i am still healing what i can eat is drastically limited.  The area i am in in lake george has virtually no jobs, cabs anywhere are 15 dollars minimum each way and buses are virtually non existent. I have had numerous interviews in glens falls, queensbury and hudson falls and if i can raise the money i will use it to move to one of these areas. 

I know the odds of me getting help again with a campaign are slim to none but with cold weather closing in, bankrupt local churches, and agencies not willing to help due to my material status and back child support status i am stuck with no other option.  Becoming homeless right now with my state of health the way it is and the weather not getting any warmer could kill me.
