Leonard Peltier Freedom Ride 2018

. A Leonard Peltier Freedom Ride has been organized in an attempt to win clemency for political prisoner Mr. Leonard Peltier.
     The Ride will begin in Reconciliation Park in Mankato MN the site of this countries largest mass execution on July 28 th. and will continue on to Coleman prison in Coleman's Florida over 1470 miles away. Approximated ride time on horseback is 57 days arriving Sept 22nd 2018.
    This ride started as a wish for Leonard's freedom in the heart of Ken Fourcloud
   Ken an experienced rider and member of the 38+2 family has made the ride from Lower Brule'SD to Mankato MN the last 9 yrs along with the Honor the Women Ride to Santee the last 3 yrs .   
      The 58 yr old Crow Creek Sioux Tribe Member also spent 6 months in Standing Rock donating his time and horses often putting himself between hostile forces and the peaceful water protectors.
        All monies received will go towards food.. shelter and anything else deemed necessary for the riders and horses by Ken Fourcloud.
          To avoid scams and profiteering there will be only one GoFundMe account for this event with Ken FourCloud as the recipient.
