Lemon's Bucket List

This is Lemon. Lemon was brought to my job after somebody found him in the middle of the street crying for help.
On top of be blind, he has a complex congenital heart disease. It's called Atrial Septal Defect, Ventricular Septal Defect (shunting left to right), and DCRV (double chamber right ventricle). He has a heart murmur that is at a 5 and the doctor believes his heart has an obstruction. He's also on the cusp of going into heart failure.
So basically his heart is like Swiss cheese and isn't pumping blood where it's supposed to go. Lemon only has months to live which is why I started a bucket list for him. Lemon has already become president, gone to the park, had a birthday party, went to the beach, finger painted, and even going to hear car races.
Lemon also has going to see snow, climbing a mountain, and crossing borders on his bucket list. Lemon would be grateful if you can help us go do that!
Lemon also has adventures that are not so fun (nor easy on the wallet). Lemon has had 3 echocardiograms and an emergency trip that included X-rays and blood work. He requires blood work every month to keep track of his heart and he's on 6 different medications for his heart and eyes! We can definitely use some help there.
