Greeting Friends! We are a small start-up company that focuses on plastic pipes fusion inspections, training inspectors and operators. We want to do our part to make the plastic pipes industry grow and thrive by doing what we know how to do best, train and inspect. We are The Fusion Pros, Tim Briscoe and Matt Rinowski, Bixby OK.
Our previous employer is trying to stop us. McElroy Mfg. Inc in Tulsa OK wants to shut us down. They are doing this by suing us and accusing us of theft, mis-conduct, breach of contract etc. McElroy has already silenced others with threats of law suits and other retaliatory measures.
The things they’re accusing us of are FALSE, their strategy is to outspend us, so we can’t defend ourselves, we are asking for help to be able to defend ourselves in court. Please consider giving, no amount is too small.
