Layla was in my car when a drive by shooting happened. She took two bullets and is in desperate shape and the vets want answers soon.

As of 12:30 last night, as we scurried to do the next right thing, Layla's condition eteriorated and she died round 1:30 am. Such a sweet, wonderful dog.

I have lowered the goal to $5500 to cover just the vet bills we incurred during those horrible hours.

Thanks for all the wonderful support. I tried to update several times today from my phone but the updates didn't take until I got to my laptop. This is my first GoFundMe, learned as I went while under considerable stress. Sorry for any confusion. All the support has been just wonderful.
