Laying Lil Charles To Rest!

Lil' Charles had been missing since November 18, 2017. It had been 4 months and a day when his body was discovered on the shore line of Onondaga Creekwalk on March 19, 2018. Today we are asking that you help us lay our Guardian Angel to rest. We would like to lay him to rest in the very near future. Always trying to Help others out…sometimes their needs before his own. His heart full of Ambition to keep trying even when times were hard. Respected by everyone in his circle and those standing on the side lines watching…him father his children. He had a way of bringing Laughter to a room full of sadness.
