Simply a mom trying to keep my kids together, Ex walk away leaving us behind. Took every penny we had in savings.
I was injured at work during that time. Almost lost my left hand. Had a spinal pain stimulator installed, then many infections.
In that process I am caring for 3 kids. While trying to find us a home around May 2017.
I found us a little home for us to be able to live. Ex still was a vanisher around August 2017 while I was in hospital Ex took our oldest son. And left other 2 in my care. Not caring if they would eat or place to live. I again had to borrow money from friends, used all my 401k and life insurance I had once to help me raise money to hire a lawyer for I can get our oldest back.The state I live that was not considered kidnap it was a court family matter. So I then had to start looking for lawyers, During the process Ex didn't let me see our Son. Kept him away. I manage to hire a lawyer around December 2017. We started court procedure month after month. Around March Ex was giving every other weekend's only and son still with Ex. And I got son every other weekend also.
My focus have been to have the Trios together. My focus have been healing and having kids United. Court has been a long process. In this process while court takes it times. We have sibilings separated, I also can't work due to my injuries and still in workers comp and 2 or 3 more surgeries to go to fix my left hand nerves damage to save my left hand.
The state I live is a 50/50 state no matter what. Ex has not been the best. Ex is very angry at me and unfortunately kids are being involved. As this case is getting worse and worse. My lawyer at the time wasn't getting paid she no longer could keep my case,It sad to know our system to protect our kids is horrible.
I have never experienced a situation like this. I only seen stories like this on TV. Now I am living this crazy story. Where a child can be taken from his other parent and separated from sibilings. And they do not consider this kidnap. As my case is still going I am trying to raise money to be able to pay lawyers as this case is high conflict, and be able to keep kids together. This has been the biggest fight I have ever did. I have been my kids voices I will stand up for my kids. And I believe my kids when they tell me things. This is why I adopted all 3 kids to protect them from cruel people. Is my job and I will not fail God or my kids. Again I appreciate all donations. And hoping to oneday be the voices for my family here. I now realize that the system for children and families to protect them is horrible, We need to speak up more for kids out here and single moms or dads going through this, kids being separated from sibilings or parents is not right.
My voice will be heard oneday. Many people don't know the truth of the pain we have endured mentally and physically.
