Into the Aether II: A Festival of Sound

Friday & Saturday, October 5 & 6, 2018: Portland, Maine will be the setting of the 2nd annual Into the Aether: A Festival of Sound. This is a 2-night amalgamation of the underground's most talented veterans and innovative newcomers to black metal, doom metal, dark ambient and more.

Since 2013, Last Mercy Emissions has been a Portland, Maine-based promotional label that curates events with local & touring acts of an extreme audial nature and aesthetic. With co-hosting support from Geno's Rock Club, Last Mercy promotes a range of genres from death metal to grindcore to power electronics to psych rock. These shows are a labor of love and a true calling - always in pursuit of quality lineups, affordable cover charges and some of the most legendary underground bands.

This crowdfunding is a call-to-arms, to anyone who would like to sponsor extreme underground talent to travel northward. The lineup for this year has already been established - and will be unveiled this spring.

Contributors of over $100 to this fundraiser will have their names included in the official sponsorship footer of the event poster.
