In the early hours of January 19th a few friends started out on a casual duck hunting trip. Tragically two local men are still missing after their boat overturned. Coast Guards continue their search efforts with the goal of recovery rather than rescue.
Stephen Lamp was a great friend, brother, and loving husband to his high school sweetheart Lynnette. He was known by all as a fantastic father to their three young boys ages 5, 3 and 4 months. While we try to hold on to a little hope, Lynnette and the boys will need our support in many ways.
At just 23 this young family had it all but unfortunately life can change in an instant. This is the kind of story that will affect our community for a long time. We all want to do anything we can to help and this page is meant to allow us to start that in some small way.
