Donate for Herbert Smith Legal Fees

We have spoken with a high profile attorney who is willing to take on Mr. Smith's case she is requesting a large sum cash that neither I nor the family can come up with in a timely manner. So we're asking for donations to start his appeals process. As we all know Herbert was given a 60yr sentence by Judge Matthew Destry on November 24th the legalities behind the case rule that it was in fact a harsh sentence and we are seeking justice for this young man as well as the many others that have faced these atrocities . Also there is a petition online to ha ve this judge removed from the bench please sign and share we need as many signatures as we can get.  The funds being raised will go directly to Mr. Smith's legal fees, and also towards the budget of this campaign with this campaign we are putting together a rallies and also want to help other families that are suffering with the fact the their loved ones have been subjected to minimum mandatory sentences.
