Stuck Without a Vehicle

My daughter and I have been homeless for more or less 5 years. We finally found a room to rent, but are in the middle of nowhere. We had a vehicle when we accepted this place to rent. Unfortunately, it was totaled when some lady ran into the side of it. Since we now have no vehicle, we can't even get to the store to buy food and milk. There aren't any buses, taxis, or public transportation. Nothing is within walking distance of where we are either. As long as we don't have a vehicle, I cannot get a job. I had a job, but, subsequently, lost it when our vehicle was totaled. My daughter can go back to work once another vehicle is obtained. I don't know what to do!!
