Stephanie's final dream

Stephanie's battle with cancer is nearing the end. Her final dream is to be buried with her beloved mother rather than being cremated. This is not an option when you are a person with a disability and no insurance. Please do what you can to make this final dream a reality. Stephanie's work in the self advocacy movement has made a difference in the lives of everyone who has the joy of knowing her.
For those of you uncomfortable with Internet transactions Wood's funeral home in Chicago Heights Illinois has agreed to accept donations for Stephanie's services ($5332), 
Steph's family has a plot for her at Restvale in Chicago, $1400 will be used for expenses related to that.

Any money we raise over this amount will be used for a headstone.
