Bunny needs surgery to walk again

****Bunny had to have a second surgery, the pins from the first surgery were loose and coming through her skin.******
Bunny was pulled from a rural NC shelter where her time had run out because of her medical issues.  After taking her to our vet it was determined that Bunny had been hit by a car several months ago and left to heal on her own.  Her elbow was shattered and her wrist mangled.  Somehow she survived and manages to walk for a short time on the end of her mangled wrist, she can't use her other front leg at all. She manages to takea fewsteps,thenfalls over on her shoulder.  We took her to an orthopedic specialist that determined he can help Bunny.  He can straighten her mangled wrist and fuse it so she can apply pressure and can hopefully reconstruct her other elbow so it can be used as well.  Bunny is a sweet girl that LOVES children and being with her foster family.  We can't imagine the pain and suffering she has endured.  Because of her love of children we think Bunny must have had a family, but they tossed her aside when she was injured.  Our goal is to give her mobility so she can find her forever family with children she can love.   Please consider donating to Bunny's surgery,  she has so much love to give. and we want to give her a better life.
