Hello everyone,
My name is Adam Pehl. Thanks in advance from myself, my wife Michelle, and our two children Matthew (10) and Courtney (7) for taking time here today.
On Sunday, January 25th, after three days of continuous pain in my side, I went to our local hospital to be checked out. After many tests, including a CT Scan, I was diagnosed with Kidney Stones. Anyone who has ever had one knows how painful these are. In addition to the stones I was also told that my Kidney function was down to 41% and put on medication to fight further Kidney infection. The doctor also took me off of work for one week to help with the recovery, and to make sure this problem wouldn't worsen.
Being a single income family, the loss of one week's wages is a pretty substantial blow to our family, not to mention the cost of treatment and future visits. My health insurance's short-term disability does not kick for the amount of time I am missing, and that is why I am here asking for help.
I just wouldn't feel right for asking for help without giving you something back. So, being a photographer, I have to ability to give you some photo prints at a fantastic value in exchange for helping our family out.
