REVISED CAMPAIGN ~ Please read/donate/share/support ~ Thank you in advance!
Meet Mali and Tanju, or "the twins" as we like to call them. About a  year and a half ago, these two beautiful white bengal tiger twin cubs unexpectedly showed up here at the preserve and immediately, all hearts melted.
Mali and Tanju were about four months old at the time and in need of a new forever home. Naturally, we said yes.

Of course, it didn't take long for those adorable little cubs to grown into very big boys! Not even two years old yet, but already they easily weigh over 175-200 lbs EACH! They will be two years old in May, but we can already tell quite clearly that Mali and Tanju are going to be two very, very big tigers!

Large, new furry family members means an equally large, new suitable habitat. Thus...
Project Twin's New Habitat just became Top Priority!

As far as the Twin's New Habitat Project goes, here's where we stand so far:
- the habitat location has been selected & prepped;
- the project design is complete;
- the project budget is complete;
- the project quotes are in & the majority of our vendors have already been selected.

This is a large scale habitat build out so to simplify things, we've broken the project down into three separate phases. Right now, our focus - and this campaign - is: Phase One: Habitat Walls & Fencing.

Phase One: Phase two and phase three. Phase one is where we will start as soon as we raise approx . $10,000 to purchase the starting materials. Phase two and three to follow.  Tha area is prepared it's just funds we are waiting for.

This is where we YOU come in! Our founders, John & Grace Slaby, have always said "if the community wants us here, they'll keep us here". We stand by that to this day. Kowiachobee Animal Preserve is fully funded by the generosity & support of those who understand that everything we do is done with the hope of sharing our knowledge and spreading public awareness on the many needs of wildlife in today's world. We are not government funded. We are people funded. In addition, we function with a fully voluntary staff. We are all here with hearts for the same mission.

Funding this project is our TOP PRIORITY and we desperately need your help to do so. Every contribution helps; every dollar gets us closer to reaching our goal! Mali and Tanju are growing FAST! Help us build their new habitat by contributing to our campaign. We definitely have the need, and we sincerely appreciate all donations and support.

Please share our campaign with your friends and family. Thank you!

We should be supporting local charities, because we know about these charities. Also, if your employer will match the donation, as mine does, that doubles your donation.
