Kovu's transition (FTM)

Hi there! My name is Kovu Kingsrød (from the YouTube channel Kovu is a unicorn), and I'm a (soon to be) 16 year old boy from Norway.  I've always had very low self esteem and have never quite felt comfortable with myself and in my own skin. When I was 13 and hit puberty, things became extremely bad and my body issues worsened. I spiralled into a deep hole of self harm, suicidal thoughts and developed unhealthy eating habits. Later I discovered that the cause of many of my mental health issues, especially those relating to my body, was/is that I'm transgender.  This means that I was assigned female at birth, but identify as male. After I came out last year and started living my life socially as a boy, my mental health has become much better. Still, there are things I struggle with every single day; the dysphoria I experience because of the body I am in. Being a boy and going through female puberty is terrifying, it causes great discomfort and feelings of disgust towards my own body. Undressing, looking at myself in the mirror or even just talking and hearing my not-so-deep-voice can be very, very painful at times. These issues can be solved through transitioning, which in my case would be surgically removing my breast tissue to have a flat chest and to start taking testosterone, which is a hormone that would make me go through male puberty. I have an option to be put on a years long waiting list to potentially be able to get the expenses covered, but there's no guarantee I'll even get into the system. For the sake of my health, I'll have to make the choice of not getting anything covered, but to be able to transition sooner and I'll be able to live my life the way it's supposed to be lived.
Saving up all of the money myself won't be easy, and my older brother said it probably wouldn't hurt to put up a gofundme. I know a lot of people are in the same position as I am and everyone deserves to have the oppertunity to live a happy life, but if you somehow decide you want to donate and help with my transition, I'd be so, so grateful. Even just sharing this would help me out a lot, but thank you anyway for simply taking the time to read this.
