If you're visiting this site and you can afford $10,  please donate - we need your help urgently!!!

We are Kosta's family and we're raising money to help him battle that evil villain, leukemia.  Kosta lives in Greece.  He is 6 and he's been fighting leukemia for more than two 1/2 years.  At first he was winning, but in the last few battles he's lost ground.  His leukemia came back.   And then it wouldn't budge.  Not even after a second round of chemo, a bone marrow transplant from his Mama, and a treatment with a new drug from London.  We were terrified that he had no options left.

Just recently, Seattle Children's Hospital told his family that he's eligible for a clinical trial treating leukemia in kids with a relapse.  So far 93% of their patients have achieved complete remission.   Kosta has a great opportunity for life!

The hospital requires a $455,000 deposit before they will schedule him to begin.  His family is fundraising in Greece like crazy.   But there is no way they can come up with that amount of money without help.  He's been fighting so hard for so long, he deserves this chance.  Please give whatever you can to help Kosta beat this evil villain once and for all!   Please like and share!  Thank you!!  Thank you!!  ThankYou!!

Dear Friends, Our hearts are broken. We lost our Kosta today. He is free from this long struggle. He fought a great fight! He never lost his spirit, his drive and his beautiful personality. He is our SuperKosta.

We want to thank you all - family, friends, kind souls we have never met. You have all given Kosta and his family so much encouragement and made his trip to Seattle possible. He was able to take one last formidable stab at his foe!

In the end, we can say that he did win the fight - he is free of leukemia, he is with God. I can hear him playing and laughing with the angels. I see him running and jumping with joy. Pray for us sweet Kosta! Stay in our hearts to bring us courage and comfort. Soften our pain with the sweetness of your memory.

Kosta is going through a week of chemo before he can start the trial because the leukemia is in his kidneys. Fr. Photios read prayers over him, anointed him with oil fro St. John the Wonderworker and offered him Holy Communion. Please continue to keep him in your prayers.
