Orji family Road to Rio

In the middle of May our family drove 15 hours from NJ to Tuscaloosa, AL to watch our daughter (Keturah Orji) compete. She is a student-athlete at the University of Georgia where she competes in the triple / long jump.

This was the first time in her collegiate career, we were able to see her compete! Not only did she impress her family but she also impressed the track and field nation. She jumped 14.60 meters in the triple jump wind aided. At the age of 20, her jump of 14.60 meters not only put her as the top US triple jumper but currently ranks her 4th in the world.

My daughter has the Olympic Standard to go to the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio  de Janeiro, Brazil and I would like for the Orji family to be there in support. I'm starting this GoFundMe in hopes of providing travel, food, and lodging for the Orji Family to go support our daughter as she takes the stage in the Rio 2016 Olympics! She competes on the morning of  August 13th and finals will be held the evening of August 14th.
