The Aftermath of Tom

As many of you know, Tom Hoarty passed away on Christmas 2014.  This was a shock for all of us, including him.

Tom lived life to fullest day by day, spending all of his time and energy on those around him.  As a man with a new lease on life after his kidney transplant a little over 3 years ago, perhaps it felt like death was far away.  Perhaps he felt like the moments he was creating would be more valuable than savings.  We will never know his reasons, however the economic effects are the same: there is no life insurance and no estate to offset the costs of his passing or the effect that it has.

This financial burden now rests squarely on Max and Zoe's shoulders in addition to the immense grief of losing such a man, a force of nature, and devoted father.
