Nilly's Farewell

Julia, who was known as Vanilla Sugar, or Nilly for short was a long time member of the chaz forums.  Quick to help and encourage other members she was a very welcome addition to our online community.  

Nilly was passionate about quality care for pets (especially when it came to food) and a big supporter of rescues.  She loved all pets.  For a while she was pet sitting friend's prairie dogs.  Its not everyday you can find someone you can leave your prairie dogs with.

3 years ago on what should have been the happiest day of her life she was diagosed with stage 4 glioblastoma multiforme, an aggressive form of brain cancer shortly after she gave birth to her son.  For 3 years she fought cancer with humour and grace. Beating the odds and then some.

We are raising funds for our plans to honour Julia/Nilly and say our farewell to a friend who will be dearly missed.
