KK's Domestic Abuse Recovery

Donation protected
On December 30th, 2017 My cousin was brutally attacked. Please read my cousin's story, she doesn't know I am doing this. Domestic Abuse  is very serious, is far to common and un-noticed.

Her story:

My boyfriend Bishoy Mina Elkhaliny, Age 30, nearly beat me to death on 12/30/17.

My Name is Kaila and I am 22 years old (She is also a loving mother to a beautiful bright littel girl). I would have never thought someone who claimed to love you could ever do something like this. We had only been together maybe 3 months, but it felt like the longest 3 months of my life.

There have been a series of events that have happened to me in the past 3 months that I wish wouldn't happen to anyone else in their entire life. I have lost everything. I am basically just a random human being on earth because I have no identity. I ran, and unfortunately I am still runningbecause he hasn't been arrested.

On December 30th, 2017
Around 1am my abuser had beat me worse than he ever did before. He broke my face, he broke my teeth, and left me with bruising all over my body. I begged to go to the hospital and he refused. He told me I deserved to look deformed for the rest of my life. I had no way out. He took all of my belongings and hid all of the cell phones. He threatened to chain me up to the bed so I couldn't go anywhere. He made me clean his house while I couldn't even see out of my eye. I was scared, and I was in pain. A lot of pain. I was losing hope. My abuser told me he was going to take me to Las Vegas and sex traffic me to make money off me because I was no other use to him. There was no way out and I was giving up.
This is not the first time she has been to the hospital on his behalf.
This is what he posted after attacking my cousin. This is not something a normal person does.

On December 31st at 11:30 am there was a knock at the door. My abuser was sleeping, so I decided to go look outside the window. There was a police car. There was still hope.. But I was scared. I looked down the hallway to see if my abuser had waken up and he hadn't. I then decided I was going to make a run for it. I ran down the stairs out the door while the policeman was getting back in his car and begged him to take me far away. He let me in the car and called for back up and an ambulance. I was transferred to two different hospitals due to my injuries and my abuser still managed to find a way to harass me while I was hospitalized. Protective services had to be around 24/7 and I couldn't talk to anyone and was only allowed to have a couple select visitors. My abuser would call the hospital pretending to be my dad to find out if I was still there. Not even my own family could be trusted. My abuser has taken over all my social media accounts including Facebook, Snapchat, Whatsapp, and Instagram. He has taken over all my email accounts even my apple id. I have no way to regain access to any of these which has forced me to create a whole new identity. He has my cell phone, my passport, my ID plus more. He is pretending to be me and posting things on my accounts. My family and friends don't even know what is going on and that is why I'm sharing this.

I hope no one ever has to endure being beaten, raped, or held hostage.

UPDATE 01/08/18: I have pressed charges and I can finally have a little closure knowing he has just been arrested today. Even though a huge weight that has been lifted it will still be a long journey. Please pray that he gets what he deserves and that I can move on from this horrible situation and start new.

I was released from the hospital on 1/4/18 but I could not post this story due to the fact he was still out there and I was still in danger.

Thank you for all of the support.

Thank you for reading her story. My cousin is very brave and strong, her physical wounds may be healing but her emotional healing is far beyond comprehension. She has a long road ahead of her to get back on her feet as far as getting her identity back, medical expenses, being able to physically work again and support her daughter. Any and all support is welcome.
