My name is Sonia Davis, I have been teaching jewelry design over 10 years.  I have had the privilege of teaching a group of special needs children and their parents the art of Kumihimo, at the Challenge Air event in Conroe TX.  This year I have been invited back on November 3, 2018.

Two years ago when we were there, the children were able to make key chains and they loved it!  The only downfall is that we were not able to let them take a kit home to continue.  They had to sit at the table and finish their projects so that the next child could have a turn.  This year we want them to be able to go home with a kit, that includes a disk, some fiber, and a weight, which will allow them to continue the fun at home.

This campaign is to raise funds to assure that every child gets a disk.  The wholesale cost of a kit is $7 dollars per child.  Will you sponsor a child?  We will be honored if you can help us out with any donation amount.  Many thanks & warm regards from Sonia Davis, The Jewelry Instructor.
