I'm sure most of you are aware of the recent life changing events in Kim and Daves lives. Kim has been in and out of the hospital for over a year now. She has not been able to eat a real meal in months and has been through a tremendous amount of pain for at least a year. Kim finally had surgery on March 24th in Albany, NY. at St. Peter's Hospital where she had a major surgery. She had a large mass removed along with some other issues (hopefully) corrected. However, Kim and Dave received the news over the weekend that Kim does in fact have cancer. A very rare form. She has already kicked cancers ass once and now needs your support to do it again.
This illness has taken a toll on them not only emotionally but also financially. Kim is going to need treatments in Cooperstown and Dave tries to be there as much as he can, however he is an over the road driver and usually only home on weekends. To make matters worse, Dave has just been diagnosed with pheunomia and is out of work so between taking time off to be with his wife in the hospital and now being sick the financial issues have started to arise. They need your help now. Those of you who know Dave and Kim know that they are always there for anyone in their time of need....it's our turn to give back to them so they can fight this terrible disease and not worry about money to get to treatments or rent etc. No amount is too small. I can't thank you all enough for helping Kim and Dave fight this diagnosis. She will be victorious!
