Kayaking For Kids Boats

Hello All,
Sioux Empire Paddlers is a local 501(c)3 nonprofit group in the Sioux Falls South Dakota and surrounding area. We are a membership group with our main focus on paddling education, safety and stewardship. We are an ACA (American Canoe Association) Paddle America Club. We currently have four Certified ACA Kayak Instructors that help our group conduct paddling classes for adults, kids, fitness, and guides.
Our group needs your help. We have had a huge request for kids paddling classes. We have also had a lot of requests from Boy Scout Troops and other children based entities that want to work with us but we need more boats to do the class sizes they want. With four instructors, enough kids paddles, enough kids life jackets and trailer we can try to complete as many classes as possible but it’s hard with a limited amount of boats. Our request today is to raise funds to buy five (5) Perception Prodigy XS boats. These boats are great because they are made for kids. When we can teach children in boats that fit them better; the students will learn easier, learn more skills and have more fun while learning. We are asking for $1,400.00. This amount would pay for all five boats. These boats will be stored inside and well taken care of so they will last 10+ years.
