It all started with one cat in a department store parking lot. The apparent owner simply discarded the cat and drove away right in front of our eyes. We took her home and found soon there would be kittens running around.
Those cats grew up and were adopted out. Learning the extent of the farel cat population we began trapping and neutering. We've fixed more than 30 cats over the last few years, likely preventing hundreds in additional babies.
It's so hard to get these cats adopted so we continue trying to feed them in our colony. The cost has grown largely due to people finding out and dropping off more cats. We can't simply turn our backs on them but also can't continue the upward spiral of food costs.
If you can please help, every dime will go to feed and provide health care for the feral cats that we can't re-home.
