Kennedy’s Funeral & Jay’s Medical Expenses

Friday June 14th we all lost a beautiful soul. Kennedy and Jay were both doing something they loved, flying! One minute they were living their best life together and seconds later that was all taken away. The Federal Aviation Administration says the single-engine Piper PA-28 had engine problems and Jay had no way to maintain the altitude required. The aircraft went down in a wooded area in Walker County and wasn't recovered until the next day. Jay was taken by life flight to Herman Memorial and since then has gone through numerous surgeries while the O'Malley/Rutherford family have been left to face the death of their youngest daughter. Both families have a huge circle of friends and a community that has always pulled together in a time of need. This is that time for these two families ❤ My goal is set currently at $10,000 to provide $5,000 per family. This won't even scratch the surface but it's a start.
