Our oldest daughter Kennedy was diagnosed with Autism in 2013 at 2 years old. We live in Georgia and our state allows insurance companies to EXCLUDE autism coverage. The battle was lost in Georgia to get insurance covered for 2015 which we are now making plans to move to another state to get her what she needs.
It breaks our heart not to be able to get her all the medical attention she needs and this is why we need your help. These donations will help go toward medical bills/doctors/specialists that are not covered and therapy such as speech, occupational, ABA, and others that we cannot provide for her. Moving is not easy for our family and we will need your support until we get her the resources she needs while we plan for the move.
Kennedy is a sweet, loving and fun 3-year-old baby girl. We want her to get all of the therapy she requires for a more abundant life. We are asking for this help in order to keep this path of success moving for her as we want her to be able to speak, play with other kids and understand her environment, and to be able to accomplish age appropiate things. ÂBA, speech and occupational therapy are getting her closer and closer to these goals and we need to keep it consistent without interruption during these critical years.
