Yaki's - vestibular disease
Donation protected
This is a request to help pay vet bills for my 15yr old Siamese cat named Yaki who may have a stoke.
I Came home Thur 12-18-2015 afte work to find Yaki sitting on my bed with his head twitching to one side, and his balance off. like he was having a seizure.
I immediately called our normal vet and explained the symptons and they had me rush him to Emergency yet and get him looked at.
he was rushed in and after a bit of time they came out and explained he may have had a neurological event and to see how he is the next day. they said a mri would help to maybe see if he has brain tumor or damage but that would cost a couple thousand. which I do not have nor my mom can afford to spare.
12-18-15 I went to visit him and he was still listing to one side but his eyes were not moving back and forth. but he purrs when I hold him and wants to be held close. he still isnt eating and they have him on fluids and are force feeding him.
I researched online and came across vestibular disease. and upon reading about it. his symptoms mirror those of that.
I plan on making sure he has the best quality of life. but want to make sure that he can recover as he is so full of love .
this go fund me is to pay fo his vet care and any left over will be donated to any program that can help others like myself and their furry friend
