Hey yall, Chris and Andrew Baterina here.

We are two brothers that had a dream of building a dance studio that would give our community a place of belonging. In 2009, that dream came true with the opening of SoReal Dance Studio. In its humble beginnings, the studio welcomed dancers from all over Houston and beyond. This started the makings of our home. Dancing was our foundation, but the connections created led to something much greater. In 2012, we moved into a bigger 8,000 sq ft space in order to accommodate our growing number of students. 

In the past 11 years, SoReal Dance Studio has transcended beyond dance. We have watched our members grow into successful, confident, and self-realized individuals. The studio has become a safe space for expression and creativity. It has fostered life-long connections.

SoReal has become a growing family of amazing people, not to mention incredible dancers!

Due to COVID, our livelihood in this community has been severely impacted. We want to continue providing a home to dancers and to our people. We want to keep growing and giving to our community, but we need your help. By donating, your contribution will help with:

-  Keeping our studio open 
-  Keeping our Staff 
-  Incurring Expenses (Rent, Utilities, Payroll)
-  Launch an Online Dance Platform
