Keep Rebecca and Kate afloat

Rebecca and Kate are a married couple with four cats and a dog to feed. Both have had health problems and have been unemployed or under-employed for years. Rebecca was finally doing well enough to go back to school to study database development and administration, with which she hopes to build a new career.  She took a full load of classes, and was doing work-study as a tutor and teaching assistant part time, plus working the occasional freelance database job. With all that, monthly income for the household averaged $1200.

Now the work-study grant has run out. Rebecca graduated in December, and is looking for a job in her field, but getting through until she finds one without that $1200 is nearly impossible. Please, if you can, help keep them and their critters fed until Rebecca can start a new job.
